FAQs

What is a Seiko Mod Watch

A Seiko mod is a customized Seiko watch built by replacing or upgrading parts like the dial, hands, bezel, case, or crystal.

These mods allow enthusiasts to create a unique timepiece that reflects their personal style—while maintaining the reliable movement and build quality Seiko is known for.

How can I personalize my watch

Our “Build Your Watch” section features an easy-to-use configurator that lets you design your own timepiece, component by component. From the case to the dial, every choice is yours—so your watch truly reflects your style.

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide with our trusted partner, DHL. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location. Tracking is provided, and we do our best to avoid any delays.

What are the production times?

Watches built using our online configurator are typically assembled within 2 weeks.

For fully custom designs requested via email, the process may take up to 3 weeks, allowing us to carefully craft every detail to your specifications.

If you purchase a ready-made watch from our boutique (no additional customization), it will usually be ready to ship within 1–2 weeks.

Do you offer a Warranty

Each watch crafted in our workshop comes with a 1-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal use.

Is it possible to carry out the transaction in person at your workshop?

Yes, feel free to contact modsphere@gmail.com to schedule an appointment in advance.

Are the watches waterproof?

Our watches are water-resistant to a certain depth, suitable for everyday activities like handwashing or light splashes.

Since each watch is custom-built, we recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure or full submersion. It's also crucial to ensure the crown is fully screwed down to maintain water resistance and protect the internal components.
